Built for business owners, not marketing departments

Get more customers — and see exactly which marketing paid for itself.

Answer a few plain questions about your business. Revenue Engine writes the campaign, builds the page, sends the emails, WhatsApps and texts, plans your social posts — then shows you the leads, meetings and money it produced.

Free to start, no card Set up step by step, with you Your data stays yours (POPIA)

Ninety seconds, no jargon — what it does, how you launch, and what it reports back.

How it works

From “I need more customers” to a live campaign in five steps

You don't start with a blank screen and a hundred settings. You start with a conversation, and the tool does the building.

  1. 01
    Tell it about your business

A few plain questions: what you sell, who buys it, and what a good month looks like. No jargon, no blank screens.

  2. 02
    It writes the whole campaign

Landing page, emails, WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups, social posts and ad copy — in your brand voice, ready to edit or replace with your own.

  3. 03
    Check the safety list

One screen tells you in plain English what still needs fixing: no audience, missing permission to message, unverified email domain, broken link.

  4. 04
    Launch — and test-run first

Dry-run the follow-up on a real contact to see exactly what they'd receive and when, then go live across every channel at once.

  5. 05
    See what it earned

Leads, meetings booked, deals won, revenue and cost per result per campaign — so you keep what works and stop what doesn't.

What you get

Everything you'd otherwise buy as five separate tools

One login, one bill, one place where the numbers actually add up.

Pages, forms and pop-ups that capture leads preview
Pages, forms and pop-ups that capture leads

Publish a mobile-ready page in minutes, or add a form or timed pop-up to your own website with one line of code. Test two versions to see which wins.

Your own branded booking link preview
Your own branded booking link

Send a link, they pick a slot, it lands in your Google or Outlook calendar with reminders — no separate booking subscription. Free plan included.

Follow up by email, WhatsApp and SMS preview
Follow up by email, WhatsApp and SMS

Build the follow-up once and it runs itself, splitting paths based on who opened, clicked or replied. Test-run it before a single message goes out.

Reply to a lead in seconds, not days preview
Reply to a lead in seconds, not days

The moment someone enquires, an automatic reply goes out and we track whether a human followed up inside five minutes.

Social posts, planned and approved preview
Social posts, planned and approved

One calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, with a sign-off step if a client or manager has to approve before it publishes.

Connect your Google and Meta ads preview

Pull spend and results into your reporting, match clicks to real leads, and build retargeting audiences. You still buy the ads in the ad platform.

Stay out of the junk folder preview

Verified sending domain, consent and unsubscribe handled for you, plus a test that shows if your campaign lands in Inbox, Promotions or Spam.

One brand kit — or bring your agency's work preview

Logo, colours, tone of voice and proof points stored once so everything sounds like you. Prefer your agency's creative? Paste it straight in.

Proof of what paid for itself preview
Proof of what paid for itself

First click through to a won deal, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and a monthly PDF in your brand you can hand to a client or your board.

Contacts that stay clean

Duplicates merged with one click, dead addresses flagged, bounced people parked automatically.

Know who to call first

Each contact gets a score and grade every night, with the top three reasons explained in words.

One inbox for everything

Email replies, WhatsApp messages, form submissions and social DMs in one thread per person.

Works with your CRM

Two-way sync with SalesCollab Pulse so sales follow-up happens where your team already works.

Made to be easy

You don't need to be a marketer

Most marketing tools assume you already know what a funnel, a nurture flow or an attribution model is. This one teaches you as you go — and hides what you don't need yet.

Simple mode

Switch the advanced screens off. You see only what you need to launch and measure a campaign.

A Today screen

Opens on the next best thing to do — approve a post, reply to a lead, fix a campaign that stalled.

Plain-English numbers

Every metric has a tap-to-read explanation of what it means and what a good number looks like.

Taught inside the tool

Guided walkthroughs on each screen plus a built-in step-by-step manual written for non-marketers.

Who it's for

Built for the person who has to bring the customers in

Whether that's you and your phone, or an agency running thirty brands.

Small and founder-led businesses

A marketing team in a box. You don't have to hire four specialists to run modern campaigns.

Your first hour

A checklist, not an empty account

You land on a short list of steps with a guided walkthrough for each one — so your first session ends with real work published, not a tour.

1. Connect what you use

Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google and your calendar.

2. Set your brand and first campaign

Logo, colours and tone of voice, then your first page, follow-up and social plan.

3. Launch and watch the results

Approve, go live, and follow leads, meetings and revenue on one dashboard.

Based on each vendor's publicly published plans and feature pages, reviewed August 2026. Competitor pricing shown in US dollars at reference rates and rounded — check their sites for current figures. Every one of these tools is good at something; this table only shows how the pieces line up if you want them in one place.

Straight answers

The questions people ask first

What does SalesCollab Revenue Engine actually do?

It is one place to find customers and keep them. You answer a few plain questions about what you sell and who you sell to, and the engine builds the campaign for you — the landing page, the emails, the WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups, the social posts and the ads to connect. It then shows you, per campaign, how many leads, meetings and paid deals it produced.

Do I need to know anything about marketing to use it?

No. There is a Simple mode that hides everything advanced, a Today screen that tells you the next best thing to do, plain-English explanations on every number, guided walkthroughs inside each screen and a built-in step-by-step manual. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can run a campaign.

Can I use content my agency or designer already made?

Yes. AI drafting is optional. Write or paste your own copy, upload your own images and creative into the brand kit, and use Revenue Engine purely to schedule, send and measure work created elsewhere.

How do I know my emails will not land in junk?

We verify your own sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before you send, gate every send on consent and unsubscribe lists, and let you run an inbox-placement test that shows whether a campaign lands in Inbox, Promotions or Spam. A deliverability monitor flags bounce and complaint spikes early.

Who is it for?

Small and founder-led businesses who want a marketing team in a box, in-house marketing managers replacing four separate tools, marketing agencies running many client brands with approvals and white-label reports, franchise and multi-location brands, and consultants who bill on results.

Clear scope, no surprises

What's included — and what's not

Two things people always ask about: how paid ads actually work here, and how partner commissions get approved.

Connect & Measure (paid ads)

Exactly what Revenue Engine does with your ad accounts — and what still happens inside Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok.

What does “Connect & Measure” mean for paid ads?+

You connect your Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok ad account once, and Revenue Engine pulls spend, clicks, impressions and conversions into your reporting, matches tagged clicks to leads and deals, and builds retargeting audiences from your contact lists. It is measurement and attribution, not an ad-buying console.

What is included?+

Account connection and health monitoring, daily spend and results sync, UTM and pixel-based lead attribution, cost per lead and ROAS per platform, retargeting audience sync, the Connect & Measure dashboard with a plain-language next step per platform, and branded reporting that includes your paid channels.

What is not included?+

We do not create, edit, pause or bid on campaigns inside the ad platforms from Revenue Engine — campaign builds and budget changes still happen in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or TikTok Ads Manager. Ad spend is never included in your subscription: you pay the platforms directly with your own card. We also do not guarantee ad-platform approval of your creatives or accounts.

Who pays for the ad spend?+

You do, directly to the platform. Your Revenue Engine subscription covers the software; Managed Growth covers strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting on top of that. Media budget always sits on your own ad account so you keep ownership of the data and history.

Do I need a developer to get tracking working?+

No. Hosted landing pages are tracked automatically. For your own website you paste one tracking snippet, and the Connect & Measure dashboard tells you whether the snippet is installed and whether tagged clicks are arriving before you spend money.

Reviewed monthly (partner commissions)

How referral and agency commissions are tracked, approved and paid.

What does “reviewed monthly” mean for partner commissions?+

Referred accounts and their invoices are tracked continuously in the Partner Portal, and commissions are reconciled in a monthly review cycle rather than paid out instantly per transaction. After the review, approved commission is confirmed and scheduled for payment.

When is commission approved and paid?+

We review the previous month's collected invoices in the first half of the following month. Commission is approved once the customer's payment has cleared and any refund window has passed, then paid out on the confirmed payout run for that cycle.

What is included in a commission review?+

Attribution of each account to the correct partner and lane, the invoices actually collected in the period, the applicable software and services rates for your lane, and any adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, downgrades or cancellations.

What is not included?+

Commission is not paid on unpaid, disputed, refunded or written-off invoices, on ad spend or third-party platform fees passed through at cost, or on VAT and taxes. Self-referrals and internal workspaces do not earn commission, and pending amounts shown in the portal are estimates until the monthly review confirms them.

Can I see it before payout?+

Yes. The Partner Portal shows each referred account, its plan, invoice status and the estimated commission with its review state, so there are no surprises at payout time.

For the technical buyer

The detail, if you want it

Multi-tenant with row-level security

Every workspace is isolated at the database level, so one client's data cannot be read from another's session.

Multi-touch attribution

Session → lead → booking → won deal, with UTM and pixel tracking, first- and last-touch views and ROAS per channel.

Deliverability engineering

Per-tenant sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, suppression enforcement and inbox-placement seeding.

Durable journey engine

Queued, retryable steps with branching on behaviour, consent gates per channel and a dry-run simulator.

Open integrations

Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, Google Calendar, Outlook, Semrush and SalesCollab Pulse, with OAuth credentials encrypted at rest.

POPIA and GDPR posture

Consent registers per channel, audit logs, role-based access, data export and deletion on request.

Start with one campaign. See what it earns.

The free plan gives you a landing page, a booking link, a follow-up sequence and a lead dashboard — with a guided checklist to get it all live. No card, no trial countdown.
